Title to the products sold hereunder and all risk of loss or damage shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery by Myofficemall.com to the carrier, to purchaser's or purchaser's representative at Myofficemall.com facility or Myofficemall.com agents and/or Myofficemall.com supplier's facility.Myofficemall.com reserves for itself, and Purchaser grants to Myofficemall.com, a security interest in all products purchased from Myofficemall.com to secure the full payment and performance by Purchaser of its liabilities and obligations hereunder
Purchaser shall notify Myofficemall.com within seven (2) business days after delivery, of any claimed shortages or rejection as to any delivery. This notice shall be in writing and shall be reasonably detailed, stating the reason for any rejection. Failure to provide such notice within such time shall be deemed an acceptance in full of any such delivery. The time to allow for delivery is between 3-7 days (with exceptions based on the manufacturer). Myofficemall.com only ships U.S Government orders to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, APO or FPO addresses and Internationalat additional cost but NOT to P.O. Boxes. Please contact for shipping charges.
We will deliver the products within the Continental United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Utilizing our national distribution network, orders ship from the nearest distribution centers closest to the shipping address. Most customers will receive their shipment within 3-7 workingday. Our standard charges for delivery will apply.
You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you. Because of stock issues, on occasion an order will need to be shipped from a warehouse other than the one closest to you. This can cause a delay in delivery by a few days.
Common Carrier Deliveries to Businesses and Home Addresses:
Common Carrier deliveries are dock to dock only and do not include lift gate and inside delivery without extra charges (when needed). Inside deliveries via common carrier are not available to residential or home office addresses. Drivers will bring your delivery to the rear of the truck but it is your responsibility from that point forward. Inside delivery and/or setup is available for business addresses in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. In your email please include the items you are interested in purchasing, by manufacturer part number, quantities, and the situation we'll be delivering into you are inquiring about, your shipping address and if inside delivery will involve stairs. Delivery cannot be scheduled for a specific time. We can request that the delivery company call you before delivery. Someone must be available during normal weekday business hours (generally 8 am to 5 pm) to accept and sign for the delivery as a signature is required.
If you request the driver to deliver inside at time of delivery, you will be responsible for Common Carrier deliveries any additional charges. Contact Myofficemall.com for a quote.
You MUST note any delivery damage on the delivery ticket or bill of lading. It is best to completely inspect delivered products while the driver is present, before signing for the delivery. If there is severe damage, please contact us immediately so we can handle it at that time.
It is very important that you keep all shipping and packing materials. We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit) that do not have all original packaging.
Home deliveries are not available in some rural areas of the United States. If this is the case with your order we will contact you.
Causes for Delayed shipments
Shipment expected delivery dates are calculated based on a number of factors including product availability at majority of our distribution centers, time of day, and whether an item must be shipped freight. If an order is for a high quantity of one or more items, for an item not available at the nearest distribution center or shipping to a remote location, delivery may take longer than expected. Myofficemall.com cannot guarantee any stated delivery date.This does not affect when it is shipped, just that it may take a few more days to get to you.
Payment complications can include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone.
Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please note, overnight delivery is not guaranteed, is not available in all areas, and may be delayed due to inclement weather, stock availability or products unable to be shipped via UPS / FedEx.We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order. Once an order is submitted it cannot be canceled. Because we are committed to processing your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouses are immediately notified to pick your order for shipment. Refused shipments for undamaged products will incur the cost of return shipping being deducted from any refund, including any restocking fee by the manufacturer, if applicable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to shipper.
